How It Works

Simple, Focused,
No Long Contracts.

You don't need a six-month consulting engagement. You need someone who's run an operation to look at yours, tell you the truth, and hand you a plan. Here's how it goes.

The Process

Four Straightforward Steps

Step 1

Free intro call

A no-pressure 30 minutes. You tell me what's frustrating you; I tell you whether and how I can help. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so.

Step 2

Operational review

I dig into what you share — numbers, photos, a walkthrough — and find what's actually holding the operation back, not just the symptoms.

Step 3

A prioritized plan

You get a clear, practical plan — what to fix first for the biggest payback, in plain language, ready to act on. Yours to keep either way.

Step 4

Support, if you want it

Implement it yourself, or bring me in to help you execute and coach your people through it. Your call, on your terms.

Questions

Frequently Asked

How much does it cost?
Engagements are project-based and scoped to the work — we agree on it together after the free intro call. No retainers, no long-term contracts, no surprises.
Do you work remotely?
Yes — remote-first. Most reviews are done from what you share with me (numbers, photos, a walkthrough call). On-site visits are available by arrangement when a project genuinely calls for it.
How long does a project take?
Most are short and focused — a diagnosis and a prioritized plan in a couple of weeks, not a months-long assignment. You walk away with something you can act on.
What size companies do you work with?
Small to mid-sized manufacturers and shops — the kind where the owner still knows everyone's name. That's where focused operations help moves the needle most.
What industries?
I've run and improved operations across machine shops big and small, injection and blow molding, mold making, medical device, defense work, and commercial construction products. The core operational problems are the same everywhere.
Consulting or coaching — which do I need?
Consulting fixes the business: I diagnose the operation and hand you a plan. Coaching develops the person running it day to day. Many owners use both. Not sure? That's what the intro call is for.
What do you need from me to start?
Just an honest picture of your operation. We start with a free 30-minute call, and from there I'll tell you exactly what would help me give you a useful read.
